I've made several of these and I must say my only regret is not buying the bundle pack with the bigger sizes; she's now moving up to size 4. Thankfully the generous cut lets her still wear 3s. I HATE making ruffles and this is times three, but the results are so great I press on. They are truly worth your time. Don't be scared when I say "time", I'm just slow. =)
