Make your own boutique pom pom bag! They are so easy to make and you can design them to match any outfit or team! If you have a sewing machine, you can make this bag!
Note: This is not instruction for creating the bag itself. You must have a pre-made tote, but this technique is so fun and is a perfect project for beginners!
